In Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) confirmed that an employee is entitled to receive a certificate of experience free of charge after completing his or her employment contract with the company.
A response from the Ministry came after one of the beneficiaries inquired, asking, Can I obtain an experience certificate after the final exit in 2017?
Through its official Customer Care Twitter account, the Ministry said, After the expiry of a work contract, each employee is entitled to a free experience certificate.
- The Ministry of Labor added that the experience certificate should include the date the worker joined, the date he left the company and the amount of his last salary.
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, stated earlier that the kingdom's labor market has undergone a major transformation in recent years, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The minister stated in his interview with the Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Matthias Kormaan in Paris that Saudi Vision 2030 aims to create a nation that is prosperous, developing, and vibrant.
