For one to be issued a driving license, one must be at least 17 years old, according to the General Directorate of Traffic (Moroor) in Saudi Arabia.
A Moroor clarification came after they received a tweet asking, Is it possible to grant a temporary driving license to someone who has reached the age of 16?
The Saudi Moroor replied that you must be at least 17 years old to obtain a driving license.
Requirements for Driving License :

* Medical Examination
* Apply for a driving school
Conditions for issuing a Driver's license :
1. The completion of the 18-year-old age requirement.
2. In addition to drug use, promotion, and possession, he should not have been convicted by a court ruling.
3. Driving safety from diseases and disabilities.
4. Pay any fines if you fail the driving test.
5. Non-Saudis must obtain a regular residence permit (iqama).
Conditions for issuing Vehicle's authorization
* For vehicles of a private type, the authorization is issued electronically through the Ministry of Interior's website. Currently, the Traffic Department handles all other types of vehicles, such as taxis, buses, and public works.
* A valid driving permit and insurance are required for the vehicle.
* Traffic violations are not recorded on the authorized person's record.
* The authorized person must have a valid driving license of their own type.
* Authorizations are free of charge.
* There shall be no security or traffic observations on the vehicle record, the vehicle owner, or his authorized representative.
