Mandatory Vaccinations For Domestic Hajj Pilgrims In Saudi Arabia 2023: Deadlines And Requirements
Category: Expats

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has announced mandatory vaccinations for domestic Hajj pilgrims in 2023.

The vaccinations include completing all doses of Covid-19 vaccines, receiving the seasonal flu vaccine (if not already received this season), and receiving the meningococcal vaccine (if not received in the last 5 years).

The deadline for receiving the vaccinations is 10 days before the start of Hajj rituals, and pilgrims can schedule appointments through the Sehhaty app.

The Ministry has also started distributing Hajj permits for domestic pilgrims who have paid their fees, and if vacancies occur, they will be made available for booking on the Ministry's website or through the Nusuk app.
