Saudi Arabia's General Directorate of Traffic (Moroor) revealed a method for paying fees for an old license.

Saudi Moroor clarified after receiving an inquiry on its Twitter handle asking, "My driving license has expired 14 years ago, how do I pay the fees for my old driver license that expired 24 years ago, reveal the method and how do I get my license

For each year or part thereof after the expiration of the license, Saudi Moroor said a delaying fine of 100 riyals is imposed.

Driving License Renewal Procedure :

* Payment of fees and fines.

* Carry out a medical test.

* It is also possible to renew the license through the Individual account of Absher.

Requirements for Issuing a private Driving License :

1. Achieving the age of 18.

2. Should not have been convicted by a court of drug possession, distribution, or use.

3. Diseases and disabilities that hinder driving should be prevented.

4. Pass the driving test.

5. Pay the fees.

6. Settling the violations, if any

7. For expatriates (non-Saudis), a regular residence permit is required.

Procedure to book an appointment for driving license Pass:

1. Login to the applicant Absher account.

2. Select the date and Pass.

3. Book a new appointment.

4. Select the required service and branch.

5. Choose the date.

6. Confirm the appointment and the appointment tick will be issued.
