The Employer Is Responsible For The Fees Associated With Changing The Profession Of A Non-Saudi Employee

According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), employers are responsible for paying non-Saudi workers' fees for changing professions.

For non-Saudi workers, MHRSD said employers are responsible for paying several fees, including: residency (Iqama), work license renewal, and fines.

Additionally, exit and return fees, as well as tickets for non-Saudi workers to return home after contract expiration.

According to MHRSD, the employee deserves to receive an experience certificate after the end of the work contract for free, as the certificate must include the date the employee joined/ended the work, as well as his last pay.
