Transporting Passengers Illegally Can Result In A SR5,000 Fine - KAIA
Category: Expats

Jeddah's King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) has warned anyone who attempts to transport passengers illegally through its arrival halls.

Those who violate this rule will be fined SR5,000 by KAIA.

Earlier, KAIA had announced the launch of a free shuttle service from terminal 1 to the Grand Mosque in Makkah.

To benefit from the service, pilgrims must wear Ihram. The national ID is required for citizens, while the residency card (Iqama) is required for residents.

Near the aquarium is the airport's transporting area on the first floor.
