Despite the government and authorities appealing the public not to gather in groups and follow the lockdown norms, they are not taking the situation seriously which makes the situation even worst.
In one such shocking incident, 16 members who live in the same Apartment in the Mangalhat area of Hyderabad tested positive for the virus which left the locals in the area in a state of shock.
The authorities who probed in the case have found out that all these 16 members were infected with the fatal virus through a youth and as a result, 27 samples were sent for further medical examinations and 16 out of them tested positive for the virus.
This is the second-highest spike of the positive cases from a single place where 23 members at an Apartment in Hyderabad testing positive earlier.
Telangana reported 42 fresh cases of the novel Coronavirus in the past 24 hours which takes the toll of the positive cases in the state to 1,551. While 34 people succumbed to the virus to date.
