Among these cases, 27 are currently under intensive care, while 6 individuals have successfully recovered, and two have been discharged post-treatment.
The Ministry, in conjunction with relevant authorities, has initiated extensive epidemiological investigations to contain the situation and forestall potential future occurrences.
Prompt measures by the Riyadh Municipality include the immediate closure of the implicated restaurant and its affiliated branches, along with the central laboratory, for thorough investigations to determine the root cause of the outbreak.
