The Ministry of Interior, in collaboration with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), has launched a series of innovative electronic services on the Absher platform. This initiative, unveiled at a ceremony in Riyadh, signifies a significant advancement in digital solutions aimed at enhancing user experience and efficiency.
Collaborative Launch: The Ministry of Interior and SDAIA jointly introduced new electronic services on the Absher platform, underscoring their commitment to leveraging technology for citizen welfare and administrative efficiency.
Service Expansion: The updated Absher platform now offers a range of new services, including family register updates and ID services for adoptive families. Additionally, military personnel can access government services through the platform, while a virtual civil affairs office facilitates streamlined processes.
Enhanced Features: Among the newly developed services are digital ID and family register services, with improvements in areas such as payment and recovery procedures for newborn registration. The Tahseen service has also been upgraded to provide a more seamless experience.
User Accessibility: Users can easily access detailed information about the newly introduced services by logging into their Absher accounts, ensuring transparency and ease of use.
