Treasury Specialist : - Follow-up and report on the corporate funds and cash flow to ensure an adequate working capital.
- Participate in conducting cash flow projections, liquidity assessment and mitigations.
- Identify, measure, and analyze SATORP’s financial risks and ensure that all plans are implemented to mitigate or remediate these risks, as necessary.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Company hedging strategy and cover for foreign
exchange risks and required hedge accounting documentation.

coordination with the Treasurer.
- Use treasury payment, management and information systems to manage cash effectively.
- Manage several transactions relating to the refinancing of SATORP and outsourcing/financing of
assets such as structured long term loans, divesture, leases, sales and lease back.
- Manage the insurance renewal and risk profile of the SATORP in coordination with the broker.

SMP – GRC Analyst : 1. Participate in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems and activities, including the development, maintenance, support and improvement of Cybersecurity policies, processes, procedures and other documents.
