A Saudi citizen's act of bravery has earned him local acclaim as he utilized his bulldozer to rescue four individuals stranded amidst the floods in Bisha province, Asir region.

The heart-stopping incident occurred in the Juaba Valley, where torrents raged fiercely, and was captured in a widely circulated video. The footage portrays a tense scene with a car submerged in muddy waters, its passengers clinging to the roof in desperate anticipation of rescue.

Amidst the perilous conditions, Ayed bin Daghash Al Aklabi, accompanied by two civil defence personnel on his bulldozer, courageously navigated through the raging waters to reach the stranded individuals.

Together, they successfully pulled the four to safety just as the floodwaters threatened to engulf them, narrowly escaping a dire fate.

The heroic rescue elicited applause from spectators along the valley's banks and ignited a wave of praise across social media platforms.

Notable personalities, including Abdullah Al Misnad, a university climate professor and vice president of the Saudi Weather and Climate Association, and environmental activist Saeed Al Suhaimi, shared the video, lauding Al Aklabi's bravery while cautioning against venturing into valleys during rainfall.
